Prices and information
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes and may change. The prices displayed in the restaurant on the day of your visit apply. The buffet changes daily with seasonal produce. Information on the 14 regulated allergens in our dishes is available on request from our team (EU Regulation 1169/2011).
Personal data
This site has no customer account or online payment. We collect personal data when you book a table with our online booking form (resa.latablemidi31.fr), or when you give it to us by phone or email to book or request a quote: name, email, phone, company (optional), date, time and number of guests, and any details useful for your meal (such as allergies you tell us about).
We use it to handle your booking: send and confirm it, let you cancel it and contact you about it (GDPR Art. 6.1.b). We send you news and offers by email only if you ticked the box for it (consent, GDPR Art. 6.1.a), and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Bookings are anonymised 3 years after the meal, customer details are deleted 3 years after the last booking, and accounting records are kept for 10 years. Data is stored on an IONOS SE server in the European Union, shared only with the restaurant team and the publisher's administrative staff, and never sold.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Contact the group's data protection officer (dpo@minor-hotels.com) or latablemidi31@nh-hotels.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown. The booking form only uses a technical cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work securely, which does not require consent. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so no third-party service is contacted when you visit. Links to Tripadvisor and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Consumer mediation
If a dispute with us cannot be resolved, you may contact the following consumer mediator free of charge (French Consumer Code, Art.
